The Old
Ladenzeile

(CONTENT)

Newsletters

As a Content Editor at Ladenzeile, I crafted fashion and lifestyle newsletters for the Swedish market. I conducted research to identify the latest trends, selected relevant categories, wrote persuasive copy, and curated eye-catching photos to encourage clicks and conversions.

Social Media

I created diverse content concepts with varied objectives, ranging from building brand awareness to driving conversions. I produced written copy and designed templates that could be easily translated and utilised by country managers.

Campaigns
Valentine’s Sale
During February 2017, Ladenzeile offered partner shops the possibility to feature discounted products in the platform's Valentine's campaign. I created a concept based on the idea that Ladenzeile's prices were 'falling for' users, asking them to find out if the feeling was mutual.

Some user journeys went straight from an ad about falling shoe prices, to the shoe category. Users higher up in the funnel were asked questions similar to those dating sites inquire about during the sign-up process and indicating that you were 'outdoorsy' would, for example, activate a filter for brands like Patagonia. Cheesy but fun – much like Valentine's.
Ladenzeile is not..
Before Ladenzeile's rebranding, there was a fair bit of confusion among users regarding the platform's product offerings. To address the issue, we created a humorous campaign that increased awareness of what you can and can't find on Ladenzeile.

The campaign highlighted funny and bizarre search queries made by Ladenzeile users and suggested (loosely) related product categories that actually exist on the platform. Playfully presenting the brand enabled us to capture the attention of new audiences as well as entertain existing users.

Link-Building Articles

My responsibilities as a Content Editor included creating fashion and lifestyle editorials to be published on external websites, with the primary objective of generating backlinks that would drive traffic, improve Ladenzeile’s DA, and ultimately improve search-engine rankings. These specific samples were part of a series of shopping guides aimed at tourists visiting European cities.

Ladenzeile x Fashion Week

As Ladenzeile launched its first editorial portal, I was a driving force behind several projects seeking to build the company's image as a style authority. In addition to an expert interview series and an influencer collaboration program, I advocated for firsthand reports on fashion and lifestyle events and produced a number of articles and photographs covering Berlin Fashion Week.

Create dangerously.
